OneSource Virtual (OSV), the leading provider of BPaaS services within the Workday ecosystem, announced today that its current CEO, Trey Campbell, will retire in 2025. John Bax, OSV’s long-time Chief Financial Officer, will replace Trey. John will assume the role of CEO on April 1, 2025, with Trey staying on as an advisor through the end of the year and continuing as a member of OSV’s Board of Directors thereafter.
Since arriving in 2016, Trey has been pivotal in driving OSV’s strategic growth, fostering innovation, and building a strong, collaborative culture. Before becoming CEO in 2017, he was OSV’s President and Chief Operating Officer. For three years before this, he was a member of OSV’s Advisory Board, providing invaluable expertise to its Board of Directors during a period of rapid growth.
During his tenure, Trey has firmly cemented OSV’s reputation as a trusted provider of services and solutions for the Workday application suite, emphasizing the company’s commitment to keeping the customer at the center of its focus.
Like Trey, John joined OSV in 2016, and together, they have guided the company to new heights with expanded services and solutions. As CFO, John has been instrumental in building a resilient corporate infrastructure that drives sustainable growth and positions OSV for long-term success. John’s long tenure at OSV gives him a deep understanding of the business and a clear vision for the future.
In this bittersweet moment, we extend our heartfelt thanks for Trey’s countless contributions. While he will be greatly missed, we celebrate this milestone and wish him a retirement filled with joy, fulfillment, and new adventures. At the same time, we are excited about what the future holds for OSV under John’s leadership and guidance.
Congratulations to both Trey and John!
