OneSource Virtual Appoints Ellen Terchila as Chief Customer Officer

Customer success leader brings extensive experience from B2B SaaS roles to OSV.
 
 

DALLAS, TX — September 9, 2025 — OneSource Virtual (OSV), the leading provider of payroll, benefits, and finance services for Workday customers, announced Ellen Terchila as its new Chief Customer Officer. Ellen brings extensive customer success experience from previous leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies, including Workday, where she helped build their original customer success function. 

Ellen joins OSV from Hootsuite, where she served as CCO and led all post-sales customer teams. Before that, she was CCO at Electric, an IT management software company, and Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Marigold, where she drove customer retention and expansion across their marketing technology portfolio. 

“With her unique perspective and proven track record, Ellen is the ideal addition to our leadership team,” said CEO John Bax. “Her deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and success in building exceptional customer organizations will be invaluable as we continue our mission.” 

Ellen's journey in customer success began at Workday in 2011 as a founding member of their Customer Success function. She later scaled this function in EMEA and spent nearly six years at the company during its most significant growth period.

In her new role, Ellen will focus on enhancing OSV's customer experience and maintaining the company's exceptional 95% customer retention rate. She begins her role on September 8 from Nashville, where she lives with her husband, stepdaughter, and their two dogs.
