ISG’s research highlights OSV’s innovative depth of experience and its innovative tools.
Dallas, TX – Oct. 17, 2022 – OneSource Virtual, a Workday [NASDAQ: WDAY] services partner, today announced that the Information Services Group (ISG), a leading global technology research and advisory firm, has named OSV a leader in two Workday Ecosystem quadrants as part of its ISG Provider Lens Workday Ecosystem report for 2022. Those quadrants include Implementation and Integration Services and Managed Services. OSV was also named a Product Challenger in Consulting and Strategy Services.
ISG’s study evaluated providers' broad expertise, experience, and comprehensive knowledge in the Workday ecosystem. Looking at everything from service maturity and technical competency to the depth and breadth of each partner’s understanding of the Workday service lifecycle, the report provides IT decision-makers with crucial information about the strengths and weaknesses of the ecosystem’s different service providers.
ISG defines Leaders as having a comprehensive product and service offering, a strong market presence, and an established competitive position. The Leaders also represent innovative strength and competitive stability.
Within the Implementation and Integration Services quadrant, OSV was recognized for its depth and breadth of experience, its innovative use of tools to accelerate Workday deployments, and its end-to-end deployment strategy. Within the Managed Services quadrant, OSV’s strengths included hypercare support, its partnerships and payroll alliances, and its proprietary engagement platform.
