Accomplished legal executive brings deep SaaS and regulatory expertise to OSV
DALLAS — June 25, 2026 — OneSource Virtual (OSV), a leading provider of HR and payments services for the Workday ecosystem, today announced Milla Rahmani as its new Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Milla will lead OSV’s legal organization and oversee all legal affairs, including privacy, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
Milla has spent her career advising SaaS companies through periods of rapid growth in heavily regulated industries. Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and corporate governance.

Before joining OSV, Milla served as Chief Legal Officer at Zenoti and Edifecs. She has also served as General Counsel for several leading technology companies, including Litera, Numerator, and Lanyon.
Milla earned her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Queen Mary University of London. She is licensed to practice law in Texas, Illinois, and New York.
