DALLAS, TX – July 1, 2020 – OneSource Virtual (OSV), an automation leader of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions, today announced the release of their new Payroll app as part of their unified customer platform. OSV serves nearly 500 Workday payroll customers and processes payroll for nearly 2 million employees in North America and Europe.
OneSource Virtual provides services to Workday customers in a wide variety of categories, including accounts payable, invoice imaging, payroll, payroll tax, garnishments, employee services, benefits administration and more. OSVAtmosphere (OSVA) is OneSource Virtual’s proprietary customer platform designed to provide a one-stop shop for all customers, offering a single sign on, a unified dashboard for improved transparency and actionable insights to all contracted services, as well as access to OSV’s proprietary case management system, OSVSupport.
The Payroll app is only the latest to be added to the OSVA platform, which already contains apps providing real-time visibility into the customer’s payroll tax payments, treasury movement, garnishment data and more.

The Payroll app offers both high level and deep dive insights into a company’s payroll processing information. In the same way that an online pizza order can be tracked by steps, the Payroll app gives customers real-time visibility into each stage of the payroll process.
Additional apps for more OSV services will be added to OSVAtmosphere in 2020 and 2021.
Founded in 2008, OSV has more Workday payroll customers than any other service provider, processing 3 million payroll transactions per month and moving more than a billion dollars each year. The Payroll app has been offered free of charge during the initial launch phase. It will be generally available for a nominal fee to all OSV payroll customers this summer.
