Dallas, TX – September 20, 2018 – OneSource Virtual (OSV), a leading Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and professional services provider, today announced promotions for Michael Roseman to senior vice president of service delivery and Cay Gliebe to senior vice president of marketing and communications respectively.
Michael Roseman first joined OneSource Virtual as vice president of professional services in 2011. Since that time, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including SVP of finance and accounting outsourcing and SVP of customer operations. His new role will combine all elements of OSV’s customer service delivery—BPaaS operations, professional services and application management services—under one leader. This will provide customers with a single point of accountability for OSV services and help drive consistency and innovation across the three service pillars.
Additionally, Eric Olson joins OSV from Mercer as OSV’s vice president of professional services, reporting to Roseman. As an experienced consulting leader with many years in the Workday ecosystem, Olson is a welcome addition to OSV’s growing professional services business.
“Michael has proven experience leading teams in nearly every branch of OSV, making him uniquely qualified for this new initiative designed to strengthen the services we offer our customers,” said OneSource Virtual CEO Trey Campbell. “Under Michael’s leadership, OSV will continue its focus on delivering reliable, efficient and high quality services that fuel a strong return on our customers’ investment.”
Concurrent with Roseman’s transition, Cay Gliebe assumes a new role as OSV’s senior vice president of marketing and communications. Gliebe joined OneSource Virtual in 2017 as vice president of communications. In addition to leading a robust marketing team, Gliebe will be charged with formulating a corporate sales development (CSD) team responsible for lead generation. She also will lead a product development team specializing in new, market-wide product rollouts.
“With over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing, operations and product management, Cay brings strong know-how to her new role,” said OSV CEO Trey Campbell. “With this change we are bringing the voice of the customer together with our product and marketing functions to drive our future direction and messaging. Now, our customers will see the benefits of a more centralized communication effort, and our marketing and CSD team will understand clearly what customers are saying about what they need from us.”
