Ellen brings extensive customer success experience from previous leadership roles at B2B SaaS companies, including Workday, where she helped build their original customer success function.

DALLAS, TX – April 1, 2025 – OneSource Virtual (OSV), a leading provider of BPaaS services within the Workday ecosystem, announced that longtime Chief Financial Officer John Bax will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2025. He succeeds Trey Campbell, who retires after nearly a decade of leadership at OSV. Trey will continue to serve as an advisor through 2025 and remain a member of OSV’s Board of Directors.

OneSource Virtual (OSV), the leading provider of BPaaS services within the Workday ecosystem, announced today that its current CEO, Trey Campbell, will retire in 2025. John Bax, OSV’s long-time Chief Financial Officer, will replace Trey. John will assume the role of CEO on April 1, 2025, with Trey staying on as an advisor through the end of the year and continuing as a member of OSV’s Board of Directors thereafter.
