Where to Find OneSource Virtual at Workday Rising U.S.

Now that September is finally here, anticipation is building for Workday Rising 2024 in Las Vegas.

In the run-up to this exciting event, we published two blogs to help you prepare: one packed with agenda suggestions and another with tips for maximizing your experience.

Today, we want to focus on how you can get to know OneSource Virtual (OSV) and connect with our team at the conference from September 16 to 19. We’ve got a lot of great activities planned, including another spectacular customer appreciation party.

But we’re getting ahead of ourselves!

Let’s dive into all the big ways you can connect with us this year.

Visit our booth

The best way to find us at Workday Rising is to stop by our booth on the expo floor. As a Platinum sponsor, we have a large 20-foot by 20-foot booth with plenty of room for activities! Stop by and grab some swag, play some games, and chat with us about payroll, benefits, and accounts payable. We’ll also have two demo stations and a meeting table perfect for one-on-one interaction. Once you enter the Expo Hall, head left and you’ll find us in the “B” area of the Expo Hall near the HR zone and the McLaren car activation. Look up to spot our hanging signage.

Sign up for our sessions

We have two sessions at this year’s U.S. conference. The first session, “Go Beyond Getting It Right: Transforming Payroll & Total Rewards,” is on Tuesday, September 17 from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m. HR and payroll leaders from Owens & Minor, Purple, and Niagara Bottling will share how they partner with OSV to reduce compliance risk, increase efficiency, and improve the employee experience.

As the conference winds down on Thursday, September 19, we'll have our final session from 10:15 – 11:00 a.m., “Don't Leave Money on the Table: Fund Your Next Workday Project with Accounts Payable.” We’ll share how Workday Financial Management customers can streamline operations and modernize payments to uncover cash across accounts payable processes without additional tech complexity, cost, or risk. Innisfree Hotels joins us to share its finance transformation story.

Don’t miss our party

Not to brag, but if any partner knows how to party at Workday Rising, it’s us. We’re famous for our big customer appreciation events, and this year will be no different. In fact, our event at TAO Nightclub and Beachclub on September 17 is already sold out, with weeks to go until Rising starts! If you’re one of the lucky ticket holders, you can look forward to an unforgettable experience, with multiple DJs, terraces, and surprises throughout the night.

Meetings

There will be plenty of ways to meet with us one-on-one at this year’s U.S. conference. As we’ve already mentioned, our booth is large enough to accommodate demo stations and a meeting table. We’ll also have a suite for meeting one-on-one with various leaders, or we can meet with you in the meeting center on the expo floor.

Braindates

Braindates are back! If you’ve never participated in a Braindate before, they’re like an informal, one-to-one session personalized to what you want to learn about. This year, we have several topics you can choose from, including:

• Overview of the OSV payroll tax engine

Higher education summit

On Monday, September 16, we’re sponsoring Workday Rising’s summit on higher education. This event will bring together 600 customers from universities and colleges to learn from one another and share best practices. We’ll be there to participate in the vendor fair, discussions, and the networking reception.

User Group Day

We’re also the exclusive sponsor for the Workday Rising User Group Day on Monday, during which 600 customers from various industries and product interests will convene to share ideas and collaborate. The six participating user groups will include:
